TRAINING
3A organizes and coordinates training activities which are mainly
addressed to those holding degrees or diplomas, with the purpose
of creating new professional experts who are capable of assisting
the transfer processes of new production and organizational methods
to the agricultural and agrifood sectors. More in general, the main
objectives on which the training activities are based can be summarised
as follows:
- To provide instruments which affirm the ”Idea of Umbria” in
relation to the environment, culture, agrifood traditions and typical
products
- To
promote high-standard training programmes that, despite being based
on the local requirements and, in general, all agricultural-industrial
sectors, can also achieve national recognition
- To
involve the various local bodies, starting from the University
of Perugia - Agricultural Department, who have for various reasons
competence in the agrifood field, with the purpose of valorizing
the local "factors
of excellence"
- To
individualize, promote and realize training interventions using
Regional, National and Community Financing
- To
flank the purely educational activities with research-training
activities, according to the realistic needs of economic operators,
in an attempt to conjugate clear and precise objectives to the
actions of the companies and the knowledge of the university and
the local centres of excellence, starting from the companies established
inside the Park
- To
provide support services to companies working in the reference
sectors, for the planning-realization of scientific research projects
and training initiatives which aim to requalify personnel using
regional, national and community financing.
TRAINING ACTIVITIES
Training Grants
The grants disbursed by 3A PTA, financed by the Regional Authorities
of Umbria, entail the implementation of training activities,
primarily at the companies within the Park which are capable of guaranteeing
an optimal training environment. Part of the activities are also
carried out at Italian Research Institutes and Institutions, with
whom 3A PTA has established on-going collaboration.
OTHER TRAINING ACTIVITIES
3A PTA also provides other training activities regarding project
management, financed by the Regional Authorities of Umbria, or
co-financed with European funds (e.g.: R&D Manager Programme)
or by companies.

We organise conferences, seminars and work-shops, for the various operator
and management levels in companies working in the agricultural and
